Osama is the Chief of Everything and Visionaire behind the creation & development of the XPRO solution suite. Osama is obsessed with customer success and leads the XPRO team to deliver exceptional ROI for each and every customer.
Prior to establishing XPROfintech, Osama consulted for several fortune 100 companies like IBM, Walmart, Ford, General Motors, Hershey, and others. +11 years of expertise in product development, strategy, team recruitment, and sales. Specialization in lean processes, product design & architecture, automation, AI, business development, pipeline expansion, and partnership cultivation Osama earned his BA/BS degrees in Economics & Accounting from Guilford College and an MBA degree from the Kellogg School of Management.

Junior is the driving force behind the solutions architecture of the XPRO portal. With Osama’s vision Junior delivers a world class solution that provides excellent ROI for all XPRO’s customers. Prior to joining XPROfintech, Junior consulted for several fortune 500 companies like Verizon, UPS, Apple, Warner Bros, Disney, and several others.
Over 15+ years of expertise in product development, project management, software implementation, consulting, and solutions architecture.
Junior’s ultimate goal is to keep being a technology leader that inspires the Latinx and minority communities to follow career paths in the computer sciences and engineering. He is a philanthropist who gives back to all communities by volunteering with initiatives that help and support all minority communities.
DEVIN NOONAN
Sr VP of Growth
Devin Noonan is a strategic growth leader with over a decade of experience supporting senior level executives and leading dynamic sales teams. Devin spearheads all revenue generating activities for XPRO and brings expertise in customer acquisition, contract negotiation, and strategic go-to-market planning.
Prior to joining XPRO, Devin led one of the top performing sales teams in the world for Global Technology Sales at Gartner, Inc. and led his own small-business consulting firm, The Noonan Group, LLC. Over the years, he’s partnered with hundreds of high-growth tech CEO’s, advising on go-to-market and business strategy. Devin earned his Master of Technology Entrepreneurship from the University of Maryland and his Executive MBA from the Kellogg School of Management. Devin is an active member of multiple non-profits, he currently sits on the board of Team First Book New York City and is a past National President of the Elks National Scholar Advisory Board.

XPRO's enterprise solution is applicable to every company in the Fortune 5000. Our push into the mid-market creates an entirely new space with 10,000’s of thousands of potential new clients. Additionally, we are building strategic partnerships with companies that are tangentially in our space but are not direct competitors so we can cross-sell each other’s clients.
We have built the company from $0 revenue to our current $2M ARR without a formal sales team and we are expecting this momentum to carry on with the vision of our executives.
